It's looking like 2018 is the year I pull the trigger on purchasing a multifamily.

The property I plan to purchase has two parcels.One parcel, 0.18 Acres, has an address assigned to it.

I purchased this property with hard money lending to close the transaction 2 weeks back.

Once you have you team, all you need to make sure is that the property is in a good location, cashflows positive, has equity at purchase looking at comps, and making sure the mechanicals are good. 

Again, i might be wrong but I've done my fair share of transactions across dozens of states (NY included) and a seller concession has always been interpreted as a seller's contribution to the buyers closing costs or principal purchase amount. 

I currently live in my house in SW Washington that I purchased with a USDA loan in 2013.
