I will also be replacing fixtures myself such as faucets, cabinet pulls, cieling fans, etc. with more high quality finishes in hopes to add some differenciation between other units in the complex, making it slightly more appealing.

None of the work we've done is really visible so there aren't any progress photos to show.We're hoping to save the kitchen cabinets. 

My generation would pin the sheet to the inside of the cabinet.

As I see it this is not really all that different from telling the tenant to let the water drip and open the cabinet doors so the pipes don't freeze and the tenant not doing it.

I hate to sound like a Debbie downer this topic comes up, but I'm just trying to save somebody tens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars. 

Almost everything was touched inside and outside of the house: electrical, floors, cabinets, tubs, drywall... you name it. 

Also this is a standard flip, paint, flooring, cabinets, counters etc.

If I had real internet access I would have watched a couple hundred more hours of tutorial videos and webinars by now since there's nothing else to do, but I don't so I can't and I haven't yet.
