From what i understand we have just entered the 'slow' season for selling and i am thinking of using this time to take my classes and be ready to take the test and have a license for January of 2016.

It requires testing to know what works for your area and not giving up after only one or two tries.Hope this helps!

It sounds more legit now, but I still am hesitant because I do not have enough time to have an inspection and environmental test done. 

You can test the waters, but it doesn't hold much water, credit is not established in 6 months nor does it show an ability to pay.

To extend water and sewer you have to test for gallons per minute water flow in existing wells and for sewer you have to contact the town engineer for regulations on size of septic serves that handles a number of families connected to the system. 

In our buildings, we have a published chart of the test results for each run (fibre or CAT5/6) to a unit.  

15 weeks of courses Monday-Wednesday nights, from 6-8.I figured it would be better to sign up for an in-person class to minimize my chance of procrastinating or just looking up answers for tests :)
