The fact that you are asking the question means something smells fishy with the guy .

I have found that it is very important to be able to read peoples body language when you are speaking to them face to face.

These wrap around things are popular but they are not tried and tested in the body of law and stand to fail pretty often.

Hey guys, I have run into a problem I have never been through on this SS and I was wondering if any body has any advice on what I can do.Heres the story:I started the short about 4 months ago.

The place smells like Woodstock and is just scary looking.

No body could ask for more.

I am under no stress to try to just put bodies in .. if it takes a year NP... but when its done it will be about as solid as I can make it.. and a good investment for the next person. 

Shorter contracts sometime works, but it is not always best and usually will not pass a lender's underwriter smell test when conventional financing is involved. 

I smell  fish😱 and I don't know  and can't contact the executor, if there is one.In the ten years I haven't run into a lReal estate lawyer in the Houston area,  I felt I could trust.

The major problem that we have is that our landlord also operates an appliance business in their back yard (which is super noisy and constantly smelling of chemicals and spray paint), and when we've asked for repairs, they simply send in their appliance guys who half-*** the repair job, and a month later it's broken again anyway.
