I own a STR in NMB that’s a 5 min walk and it does much better than the one I own that’s a 10 min walk.

I outsource these things to people who can do it better than me - I could maybe to it cheaper myself, but I have found out that cheaper isn't better.  

I'm looking to better understand private money, I have worked with hard money before but does it differ from hard money?

It used to be called "cozy" which I liked better but it does the job.the delay in receipt is part of the game for sure.

Painting over (encapsulating) the old siding will look a lot better.

If you want to value add you are better off with a structurally sound unit that is priced low and you can rebuild from the ground up front loading the risk.  

Even better to see someone keen on diving into investing early on.

Just wanted to do some research and see if this is the best option or if there are better deals.

I am a very flexible time in my life so I am looking for opportunities country wide and not limiting myself have not been this motivated in a long time and I am very excited to learn all that I can to make myself into a better investor and business owner.

Is there an obvious answer for what's the better move to finance either the landscaping and home improvement projects?
