Keep in mind that several states and some cities have passed their own moratoriums that may prevent you from doing evictions, so please make sure of local laws before filing your evictions. 

I already gave them quit notices and will be filing for an eviction soon.

Once you have these as well, you are able to file for collective licenses for a few of them to simply add the next time and not have to do the same steps again. 

In order to obtain the necessary permits, the owner must also file an affidavit with the local inspection department attesting that s/he is the owner of the property, that s/he will personally superintend and manage all aspects of the construction and will not delegate that duty to any unlicensed person, and the owner must be personally present for all inspections.

Courts are backed up and it will take months if not a couple of years for courts to catch up with evictions filed during the last 2 years.2.

Don't be cheap and always hire an attorney when terminating or evicting a tenant because there are too many laws to deal with, too many changes in laws and a decent attorney turns over every stone before filing for the eviction in court.

The sooner you file the notice to evict, the sooner you can move the courts to move your tenant if they think they can just stay.Be polite, but business-like.
