The fear was that you could see that market dry up before we could move them or finish rehabbing.

At the end, if we were able to rent it out within two months of finishing rehab we'd be left with next to no money in the bank.

Typically $90K+ MHIA: built in the past 10 years, great locations, usual in downtowns, top amenities and a lot of them, nicest finishes (think stainless and granite, highest rents - low cash flow, but high organic appreciation potential.

@Olivier Meijer I have great advice finish school lol When I was 16 or 17 I piggy backed off a friend that had great credit so when I turned 18 I had multiple credit cards with 0% come in mail one after another.

I finished a rehab completely and it is now listed.
