Some county employees are not very helpful on the phone, so you can go to the county office itself.You can also see if you county has a website that lists bankruptcies online.

That whole process could be avoided by letting them know up front it's for an investment and you just want a ballpark $psf price over the phone.

I had like two calls that said Bradley Fire Dept come across my phone.

I always ask tenants for an email address.I enjoy having a trail to reference what was said and when.I also can easily take texts/emails while at work, but don't like phone calls because then everyone in the cube farm can hear me.I scan all my leases, so I email them a copy.

I no longer do any maintenance work at all, just answer phones, do showings, manage contractors/tenants.

I will take everything into consideration, and setup processes for the phone calls that I recieve.

I just got off the phone with a seller who made an interesting request after discussing what he'd like to get out of his property, and am curious if what he is asking is possible or even legal?
