I'm looking for referrals in Portland OR for 203K specifically:a lender with solid transactional experience in 203k loansthe person (contractor or consultant) who does the initial analysis and gets the bank the paperwork they need to finalize the loan processa contractor (design/build ideal but not necessary) who is 203k FHA approvedIf I'm buying a Wells Fargo Bank foreclosure, does it make any sense to get a WFB 203k loan?

Most of the sites I have looked at/ created a design are running me about $2.00-$2.15 (order of 200) per sign before shipping.

If there are any structural changes, you'll also need a structural engineer to stamp ($600 or so in my experience).Or, if it's really just straightforward and aesthetic, just do it and don't get the county involved.

From my understanding a property can only be listed C5 due to serious structural issues, nothing about how messy or drunken or drugged up the renters are can cause such a designation, so if it has been listed C5 than the inspector must have missed something right?

Conveniently it looks like the house next to it has been popped up already, and there are several other taller homes on the street, so aesthetically we would still be in line with the surrounding area.
