This way, the listing agent wouldn't accidentally not send an offer to the seller.

You're still likely going to be hard-pressed to find a landlord to let you do it.

It could be used as a down payment, maybe pay for some rehab work, etc, but I'd be hard pressed to be able to purchase a property for that amount. 

Sounds like SF, where you're lucky to get selected if you only give a full price offer with all the strings attached (contingencies / loan).Perhaps previously it was everyone puffing up real estate, but there has been a definite low supply of property, so one would be hard-pressed to point fingers this year. 

Or accidentally put them in the trash if I was walking by.

The Prosecuting Attorney for Pulaski County issued a press release indicating that his office will not enforce the new criminal eviction statute and will not issue the 10 day Notices to Vacate.  

@Mindy Jensen, Okay that is a nice addition - especially if I accidentally Mark something read.  

It's not always the perfect formula, but it'll get you close.If they're asking for $255k, i'd imagine you're going to be hard pressed to get them to let it go for well under $200k, where you need it to be.

This is a developing area of case law but they may need more than just a letter from a doctor depending on how far you wish to press the case.
