I grew up in CDA and usually visit every other weekend or so.

I visit Cleveland 4 times a year,, sometimes more.We have software in place to keep everyone organized.

@Manuel Savorelli I highly recommend visiting the area you are thinking of investing in, and by all means meet with the people - be they RE agent, turnkey provider or?

go visit him and get a sense of how busy he is at some other site he is working on.  

One other I have heard of is to do virtual staging, where they mock up pictures of empty rooms.Cost is a few hundred bucks but of course it only makes the pics look good and not when the buyer visits the property.
