Can we stop renting our house hacked property after one year if we want it wholly for personal use?

Our lease prohibits overnight guests [7+ consecutive days] and [more than 30 days within a 90 day period].

As someone who reports to sec for our loan portfolio - blows my mind how loans held for sale must be reconciled and valued frequently where as held for investment never have to be adjusted.
