I've stayed in a number of STR I would classify two types: 1) a house with full service as in linens minimum 500 thread count, the house has a view or is close to vacation amenities, full service kitchen with full table setting to create a gourmet dinner... these rent starting $200- 2000 a night depending on room count 2) a cabin in the woods where I can get away from wifi and be in nature with comfortable bedding and modest kitchen these rent from $80 -100.

Of course, if salaries stay very high into the medium or long-term, naturally more software engineers will move to Austin, which would lower salaries.

If the inspectors she uses get most of their work through her and something is "gray area" not good, it seems like the scales could easily tip to my realtor (who naturally would prefer a bump free closing) and maybe that gray area thing doesn't get mentioned or is minimized, etc.It's a lot more work to hunt down someone reputable and reasonable on my own, but there's a lot more peace of mind knowing that I'm the point person that their primary allegiance is with.
