But Nevada for sure will nail you.. they tired to nail me. .and I just talked about doing a loan on BP and got a nasty gram.. either someone on BP turned me in or they are monitoring it..

Water saturated ground can compromise the foundation of the building leading to cracks in the foundation footings, the floors, maybe even small amounts of sinking (not to mention the increased possibility of fungus and mold build-up).
