If those are real  wood floors in the picture, then I would write that you have wood floors in the ad.

Here's where I've gotten so far:As you type @Name - do it slowly and watch carefully as you type for the BP user's profile picture and name to appear just below the text box (where there is typically a [Follow Topic] button) . 

He hid them from me by putting posters and pictures over them.

What I'm looking to do is not have a bulging envelope with all my stupid receipts and take a picture or scan them in and associate it with the property the expense took place at.

Well, the subject property was $120,000 less than its closest comparable.When I went through some of the pictures and street view on Google Earth, I noticed that both properties were similarly built, although they may have had different floor plans, but the most important difference was the neighborhood/subdivision.The closest comparable was part of a high-end, gated community on the south side of a "mountain," with a phenomenal view of the ocean.

@Erique Gibbs I don't see how you fit in the picture using a realtor?
