I wouldn't live in a mobile home park but they can be some of the best investments in real estate.Have you considered surveying people that already live there to see if they like it?

The 1/1 configurations tend toward higher vacancies as these are typical singles which tend to be more mobile.

Hey;  Sis did a great job as the site responds nicely to mobile devices too.

Its a mobile home with 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms and in pretty good condition.

You could check out mobile homes in your area as well.

There are a ton of mobile homes over the hill here in Reno.
