I'm not saying This is the best area to invest in I'm just saying I was surprised at the amount of open ground and how far I could see in the distance.Just my 2 cents.From the  internet (NOTE I did a virtal drive through not in person):if you go there be careful.The McDougall-Hunt neighborhood in Detroit has ahigher risk of crime, with a CAP Index score of 8 out of 10.

Hi I just went in to contract on my first fix & flip in Scranton Pennsylvania, and I am looking for straragies how to avoid paying big taxes for the capital gains, (beside of deducting of the expances).I heard that if I am buying a property through an LLC and then I am selling the LLC not only the house that could help, but I am not sure how to do it or it's really working, could someone with  experience help?

I have also tried bringing deals to other experienced investors, but getting brokers on board with this has been a hard sell as they could just as easily send those same deals directly to the more experienced operators.
