Zack Karp In fact that lender didn’t use the projected rent but the current one which is way lower than what we expect to get as the house will be rented by room to students.

Although these are some of the issues expected when a full renovation and construction is happening right next door to an attached house; it is an extreme inconvenience to a family who recently moved in.We are trying to speak with the workers doing the work next door and trying to reach out to the owner / developer.

Lets say it didnt work how I expected 

I am looking at a property that I can potentially add another 1000 SQFT (from 2/1 to 3/2 or 4/2), and wanted to get a general rough estimate on the cost I should expect.

Expect to need 25% down (does 80% LTV exist yes, but don't expect it and you wont be dissapointed). 

Most of the local banks offers me a 20 years/6%ARM (not a fan of ARM...) so it makes it tight to reach my expectations.  

It looks like with my website update I will have to re-link the broadcast; however, expect those to come up very quickly. 

Also did they make you an offer or expecting you to come back with one?

I agree that Drexel Hill is a nicer area and I would expect rents to be somewhat higher.
