Although small in the scheme of things, these investors have plenty of capital and a network more, so I need to deliver.

I am looking at other places other than just BP but thought I would give it a shot to try my network on here.

@Garrath RobinsonWell you're on BiggerPockets, which is undoubtedly one of the best resources/websites, especially for education and networking.

Additionally, I was able to calculate accurate rehabbing costs due to my long ago affiliation with the trades of painting and landscaping, willingness to ask questions, and general DIY experience. 

I haven't messed with computers much, I'm not a fan of Facebook so I don't, until now, social network.

I just went to tax lien seminar and they said if I pay the $597 I get 3 day class plus free software. They claimed you could search and buy available certificates straight from the program. No auction or competition. ...

You could network on here and find investors that would love to pay for the rehab in exchange for equity in the building or LLC that owns the building.

The Private money will have to come from you and your network of people who are interested in funding the private part. 

Would love to network with investors or brokers in that field.

This has been an excellent site for learning and networking and I highly recommend the podcasts too.
