I would 1st define the goal of the group or goals and then determine what types of investments would best help you achieve those goals.

My goal is to own 600 units by 2030 by using the BRRRR method.

What are the goals? 

So the goal is 100 units  so 10 million in debt.. ??  

My ultimate goal is to obtain financial freedom from a day job which I discovered was possible through wise investing!

Would those other properties better help you reach your ROI / investment goal?

With moderate increases this year, we’ll be at a positive cash flow of over $2,000/month ([$3,500 income - $1,500 mortgage] - Taking into account Cap-X, vacancy, etc. and cash flow is still over $1,500 which meets our goal of $500/door).Fitting that its in the "Milk District", because its certainly a cash cow for us!

But depending on your goals you could purchase something to place under management as a str at one of the resorts.
