And Wells Fargo (I assume you mean) is now demanding the coverage be restored to what it was.Ultimately they probably cannot force the HOA to buy more coverage.

If so and he gets the power turned off they will not be able to get turned back and and that will force them to leave.Here the power company will not turn on power to the unit without a valid lease with that persons name and signature on it.I would definitely file the eviction to include and all others and do it NOW.The question of hiring an attorney is "how much is your time worth to you?".

The counties want their money and they don't want to have to wait and hold a tax lien certificate sale to get their revenues.So by setting the rules where most lien holders are behind tax liens, they force mortgage holders to have a vested interest in the taxes being paid each year.As a former FDIC Liquidation Analyst (back in 1984) I handled loans that the FDIC was stuck with from failed banks.
