Most of these properties are the Worst house in a Good Neighborhood. 1 Home has Commercial Lot Potential, on the corner of a really busy intersection, kiddie corner from an orthodontist.I do most of the work and manage all properties by myself to increase profit although almost doubling portfolio would spread me thin.More info to chew on...I am still getting used to this blog thing so I may add more $'s and #'s for you soon.

Leftist thinking at it's absolute worst, as always, looks like a good idea on paper for the first sentence or so, but now, instead of these folks just not having a house, they don't have a house, the banks have a toxic asset, the market is in the crapper, and the faulty borrower has jacked up credit.

Then you serve notice on the worst inherited tenant and clean that place up and pick your own tenant.Not all inherited tenants are bad.
