For example for this house Zilow and Redfin (links below) show wildly different costs for Property Tax and Insurance (not sure why?)

The market is wild right now and I am not seeing lots of good offers out there, but I am sure they exist and I will just need to keep looking and connect with people.

You can imagine the traffic jam if you have a 4 bedroom house and only 1 bathroom, especially if girls are living in the house (sorry ladies, you know it's true). 

I'm also in Chattanooga, and well aware of how WILD the housing market is here. 

I was shocked to see I get it we've see wild increases but we surely have wild decreases as well. 

I convinced the young lady to use Stewart to get 'er done and we were all happy.

. - We are in the Denver suburb market (it's wild here!)

I ended up with a little old lady who's wonderful really. 

I am biased, but It's pretty much the California with a modern wild west vibe. 

As of now I am just trying to find numbers that can work to even have made an offer, I have stalled a bit as the seller is getting some info to help estimate costs, but still for the most part I am trying to figure out current costs to sell this contract to an investor, given that almost anything I find online seems to vary wildly by state and how recent it is due to the crazy inflated lumber costs for a project of this size.
