I was a Merchant Marine aboard Oil Tankers with a Union and we had 120 year Weather Charts onboard.

It seems like they have the #’s in place weather it’s accurate or not idk.

Did they cause the issues, was it sloppy building, weather, or the manufactures?

Columbus has a lower crime rate, population growth, almost 2x the job growth of Memphis, but the homes are more expensive and the weather is harsher.

Hi Alex, there are a lot of opinions, regarding how one should proceed after a loss, but in forecasting possible exposures in relation to policy obligations, those should be explained prior to carrier notification and inspection.
