Downtown Columbia main street would like to be where downtown Greenville main street is now.  

It's in Bloomfield & I think the street is a nice one.

VRs are of course more work to self manage than long term rentals.Mission Beach is a party area and the unit is next to an infamous unit known as the MB Ghetto so the street sticks out for its parties even in MB (especially the part around our unit is known for its parties - as you get a little ways from the MB Ghetto the street is better). 

Helps keeps kids busy and off the streets. 

There is a guy down the street from my shop who has a tree company , original mortgage was $ 425.000  ( bought in 2004 ) he hasnt made a payment in 4 years .

I've been wholesaling/flipping for about 18 months, and this is the first time a seller has taken me up on seller finance part of the purchase.The property was fully rented triplex 5 blocks North of OSU campus, but rents were about half of going rates on the street.  

Most similar homes on this street have a carport, though some do have a single-car garage.

It works well because the guy painting a house down the street may pass a distressed property on his way to a job which he would gladly tell me about :).

I am estimating 5% less on my ARV due to busy street.
