Anyone have a fixer upper house or just a house they want to sell anywhere in OKC area ??

I'd have a passion for fixer uppers (I'm currently fixing up my own home) and finding the right opportunity for buy and holds, looking forward to connecting.

Looking to buy a fixer upper.

Because the upper apartment is student housing, I have to get this done over winter break. 

And then there is Helicopter logging thats insane.. we did some of that.. these Helicopters come whipping in with a 40 foot log that weights a bunch set it down and the chocker setter has to run over and unhook it from the cable one puff of air and by by hand or diget. the fellers get hit by falling limbs and or tree rolls off the stump wrong and rolls on them.. then you have crushed legs .. my partner had his foot crushed..   

@Shai Flax, I am planning on just renting out the upper level and keep my basement space to myself.

It got me thinking, can I buy a fixer upper with a hard money loan, in order to make a cash offer?

This is more of a fixer-upper than we originally expected, but we're looking forward to using this property as a learning opportunity.
