Just wanted to clarify that and make sure I understand what you meant by requiring less money down.

To keep it simple I will bullet point my top things that Realtors and Investors need to know from the other side.Realtors (Investors need to Understand).

If you understand how to do that then you'll rise above competition and market saturation won't matter. 

Hey there @David Tang - I actually didn't ever hear of a program that was offering a 12 month stipend...someone I know did it back when it was 6 months and now my understanding was a 3-month stipend with a potential renewal for 3 months.We have wanted to use the Chicago program ASERAP (happy to share their contact info), but fall in line with others regarding employment...the most important thing is income to pay after they move-in because if you get into a sticky situation down the road the upfront rent won't matter.Definitely following this thread to see if anyone has placed migrants and understand what they did for income requirements.

I'm working with an accountant and I'm a little annoyed because I'd like to understand how the carry-forward suspended losses is calculated and I'm not getting a clear answer.

My thought process was that I was dealing with a sophisticated individual that understands that a company needs to be profitable in order to be able to offer a valuable service.

@Steve Tse, I welcome the public discussion about this, and it is good that you understand that Worcester is heterogenous and there are neighborhoods. 

This process for online sales at auction.com is quite different than visiting the courthouse steps or elsewhere with Auction.com and I recommend that you do due diligence to understand the particular state and local laws if you visit a courthouse or some other place to bid at a live setting.
