If you have money to burn I strongly suggest researching various real estate training programs and then investing in one.

For industry insiders there is the MLS, various paid services, and calling in a favor from an escrow officer you give a bunch of business to.

Until Waco can find a way to add more jobs that aren’t service based (only added 1200 last year), then I expect it’s growth to flat line to decline.

Hey guys/gals, I am a service member new to real estate investing.

Every case would be unique but some new entity would probably acquire the assets of the company including lease contracts during bankruptcy proceedings/dissolution of the company, and the new entity might continue servicing it but who knows.

I provide everything except cooking, cleaning and laundry service.  

As they said above, leads are the key and from my experience selling yourself rather than the service is what's most important.

"Relocating due to military obligations/service" or something a little more fancy then that would be the closest I would do to acknowledging anything involving the military, at least while you are still in.
