You may have seen me mention this but I put my marketing on hold after one mailing because I saw how many potential deals I was leaving on the table if my only tool was to offer a low cash purchase.  

Hey...this may sound lame and it's so obvious I'm a newbie coz I'm still navigating my way around this joint but "I just went Pro" and am really excited to get started on those funky tools! 

Until you have more tools, this should be a safe place to practice.

A Realtor has many tools at their fingertips so long as they a members of the local listing service.  

Listingbook is a tool I used for a long time.

I also use the networking tool on here to reach out and find like minded individuals.

We went back to MLS searching and made this tool to show us the low hanging undervalued fruit on the MLS.

I just wondered has anyone left a FT job to FT RE sales and used that as your investing tool?
