One came up corporate .. worked for PG and eventually Nestle ( which owned Beringer and wine world estates) he was the President of the company and also ran Stauffer for Nestle for a while Then bought wine world from Nestle and then took it public and sold it for 1.5B ..

Considering they are assumable...maybe someone wants to get an FHA loan with the idea that if rates shoot through the roof over the next decade, they'll be able to get a sweet deal when they sell.
