Would you rather work on your own and only get the business you can generate but get a high 80-90% split, or work on a high volume team that will throw you into deals, get your experience handling escrows, client objections and provide valuable training.

I would bet after going through the eviction, clean up and sale of the house, you will just want to get on with your life.I think getting the house sold is the main objective?!
