It will take a very long time and likely doesn't make much sense.There are plenty of Section 8 "gurus" that will make it sound hard, complex, and intimidating.

The tech companies here are laying people off or not hiring (the six figure earners who can afford the $3000 1 bedroom apartment to $6000 rental house payments) so that doesn't sound good to me financially.
