I think Texas has the best secondary in the country this year, but the offense, run game, and skill positions in general are raw and need to mature a lot to have a chance in that game.

Those that can buy at a large discount to intrinsic value skillfully should have a much higher weighting in real estate IMO.That doesn't detract from the fact that some of your money should be in other assets too.
