Try it in about 5-10% of the spots charging an extra $25-$50/mo (Assuming tenant pays for electricity at that plug.)and see if you get any bites.

With nearly 250 homes branded under Hestia, I think I'm finally getting a little bit of traction with the big guys but there is still alot to be done. 

I have over 18+ years in the REI game and the financing side is my expertise.

I've always had an interest in real estate but never did anything about it.

IMO syndicators should make it abundantly clear - and I’d don’t mean by small type in the PPM - that an investor should only invest the amount he can afford to lose.  

(FYI - To keep it "real" I also say in the listing this is virtual staging).

Personally I push for at least $1MM liability coverage.

Interesting - I have been investing in Philly for 8 years, run a  group of 2500 small landlords, speak at lots of events, know and network with many of the players  . . . but never heard of him before.
