I think the value is in the recognized liability protection, not the anonymity that I hear the gurus constantly promote.

Good contracts heal all...If you do business with investors that know how to account for transactions, capex schedules, etc. you will have a VERY small market of owners to manage though!

There is another local group, but the owner heavily uses it as a source of self promotion to gain services, leads, Or sell his mentor program that is simply somebody paying big bucks to be his bird dog. 

He's easily making in $20-30M (with a few billion in assets) in yearly fees, etc, so he definitely has a strong financial incentive to promote certain economic ideas.
