He does a great job with my portfolio.

I would move to mainland and build portfolio there.

get your knowledge up about any and everything in real estate live at home as long as you can dont buy dumb ****  work on your credit asap and save that cash if you take this seriously and live way below your means you can have a great portfolio by 30 best of luck to you

I am now looking to get into larger properties (my portfolio is duplexes and SFH) so I can utilize the commercial loan side.

I'm confused as to whether this spans across all kinds of financing, conventional loans, portfolio loans, HELOC etc....Any help or clarification on this would be awesome!
