I was hoping that members who are involved in lending on a non-recourse basis to SDIRA's could chime in with some concrete examples of how this strategy would work.

Concrete slabs can and do pass moisture.

Concrete would be my first choice, but it doesn't fly with most tenants.  

You could definitely see the old neighborhoods start to get a little more polished.

I had an old concrete floor (with asbestos tiles on top, that I scraped off) and wasn't quite sure what to do with it. 

August 1997: Standard concrete viaduct with a cable-type suspension span but no bike lane or shoulders.

Here there would be either excavate and replace, yes a big to do, or drilling/installing concrete pilings (square 8-12") but then that means "beam" foundation construction, on the piers.

I been burned once (those speakers and process to hook you are very polished), but not again.I really just need a little guidance so I can at least get a few things I have right now locked in. 

After installation I had someone come out and polish the floors, resulting in the stone having a high gloss.
