I know plenty of people make loans to family and do fine, but consider the non-financial risks as well.

Miami is a HUGE market, ton's of people.

My posts got me into a lawsuit, all the people want that are bringing charges against me was for this specific review to be deleted.

I would just look at deals other people aren't looking at aka expired listings, 100+ on market, etc.

I'm potentially looking at moving my business elsewhere and am interested in hearing recommendations from people who have had better experiences with property management companies in the area.

This is also built exactly how I need it and really has cut down errors.Woah apparently I really needed to write out my process to people who might understand lol.

In my opinion there is no better time to educate yourself, because while numerous people may be exiting the asset class, few are spending the time learning how to profit in it.
