@Jessenia Hartage Most people on here are afraid of NYC and have certainly never been to Queens, so I would take the warnings with a grain of salt.  

I hear that some people had trouble with Hospitable and VRBO.We haven't tried Hostfully yet because there was no free trial. 

Would love to connect with agents and other people who are familiar with the house hack model in this area. 

I would focus on what people actually use your property for. 

Now that I've got the process and people in place, I've expanded to other states but it is key to have process and people wherever you invest and whatever strategy you use.

When vetting Wenatchee on paper I know it doesn't look the best but the numbers are skewed.When Googling the population of Wenatchee you're going to find that it only reports 35,000 people.

So many people will no-show.
