Hey @Patricia Andriolo-Bull, I have always thought that it was a tough row to hoe.You get one booking for the first unit, that pretty much kiboshes the opportunity for a large group renting both for that time.How big are these units?

I learned that there are great opportunities to purchase low maintenance, fully remodeled homes in places where there are high quality management teams in place that can produce nearly passive income.

Look for other opportunities via networking and engaging in the forums.Some general examples of marrying your skills to need:Do you love face to face interaction? 

I don't know anyone who does...there are plenty of online options and you need to choose one based on the screening criteria.

(The society nowadays isn't as filled with opportunities as it used to be, so I consider myself lucky for having seized them—investing successfully.)

I'm reading David Greens book on out of state investing and you cannot fathom how much Columbus is bursting with influx and opportunities.

But then again if they are being sold they must not be that great of an opportunity haha.
