Please be concrete on the explanation.

I tried some googling but the search results weren’t exactly what I was looking for.If I recall one of my brokers that worked for me.. had numerous bench's in his Farm and he spent about 5k a month on those.keep in mind average sales price is about 400k.. in our area.. so average commish is about 10 to 12k on one side.. so if it generated one sales a month it worked..   

I tried to write a similar post last night and BP deleted it without explanation.

They also refused to insure the rental, and the person I spoke with said basically a slate roof is just an additional "liability" on the rental property.Long story short, eventually I found another company that had no problem with the slate roof and accepted my explanation of ongoing maintenance and roofer's report (which as I recall they never actually asked to see). 

You are not obligated to give a reason (except in some state regarding credit score)  and they are not entitled to any explanation. 

I'm in Florida, there are numerous real estate agents that do not understand investing.
