I won't stop flipping SFR's, but I am spending more time analyzing other property classes and have wholesaled a mobile home park and some vacant commercial land.  

Do you need the app to work on mobile devices?

They have everything I need and it doesn’t cost me a dime - free personal & business checking/savings accounts, free checks, free wire transfers, great customer support and tech (you can do all of your banking through their mobile app), personal & business credit cards that both offer cash back rewards (and the business cards don’t report to your personal credit), lots of branches in my area (which is important  since some of my tenants deposit in person at the branches), etc.

I recently purchased a home and put my mobile home on the market.

Find some more modern brushed nickel flushmount LED's that are around $30-$40.  

My initial thoughts are I can repaint the walls, replace the trim, add vinyl flooring, repaint the kitchen cabinets, and replace the outdated appliances with newer ones for a nicer, modern look, and I can charge more.
