WE have Property RADAR which if anyone on the West coast does not have this app.. they are really hurting themselves.and we have unbelievable customer service at our title companies.. and they will help most clients obviously me owning a real estate brokerage and being quite active I got tip top service from them.in many other states title and escrow is attorney driven so in these instances your really have a hard time attorney shops simply don't have customer service data base like we do..
