Besides  being the "Next Portland" or a better version of itself, Pittsburgh has really been dubbed as the 2nd "Silicon Valley" with it's tech influence largely funded by big named companies such as Google, Apple, Facebook, Autodesk, Uber and Ford AI Initiative among others who have set up shop here.

I wouldn't use it again.Next time consider SW "Softer Tan", and you can get it mixed in other brands such as Behr.

Matt (Paul) Currently walking distance to the casino, townhomes are selling close to $500k (I personally would never go for it, but is great for my rentals),Also in Severn, Hanover, Odenton, in the past 3 years, my rents increased $3-400/mo per unit (Single Family) $200 (multi-units) mainly do to the BRAC bringing close to 6000 hi-tech jobs relocated to the Ft Meade area!
