Congratulations on taking your first steps to owning rental properties.

Buying real estate with this method offers asset protection, creditor protection, and even a means to buy your retirement home ahead of time.

It takes too long and it is too annoying and too much work.All the deals I get (and they are quite a lot) fall in my lap without much effort.Everyone can do this as long as they step up.

I know that you probably want to have all your ducks in a row but you are wasting time trying to figure out step 4 before you have done steps one through three.

Also, look into the HELOC method of paying down your mortgage.

The first step that I recommend is just finding a few BP podcast episodes from wholesalers and listen to them a few times.

But you do have to follow the law and the extra steps involved in evicting military tenants.  

Taking the first step is always difficult! 

When i published it someone mentioned to me i need to use the % method to quickly analyze a deal, that i am wasting my time imputing all the details in my fancy software....So i am a little lost on what and how this works if someone could explain it to me.
