But, I agree that there is not enough chasing away or direct questioning of people who post questionable stuff, and I think it is easier to be just plain old mean from behind the safety of anonymity.

I may get flack for saying this but there is a wealth of information available at little or no cost and local REIGs that can teach you about your local market.

All joking aside I spent two years on our local city's sign committee. 

I agree with @Marc Delgado: Hiring a US CPA will be much more safety even its cost is a little bit higher than other places however
