Is your property in SD a long term rental?

Looking to hold this as long term investment and rental income. 

If they paid as agreed we would go to the court and ask them to dismiss (or reverse, nullify, void or what ever term you want to use) our foreclosure judgement.This was actually a nice house and we could have sold it for a solid profit.

For a long time my feeling has been that the standard 50/50 split between broker representing seller and broker representing buyer was a mismatch in terms of value, work, and results.  

I was originally looking for a 75% loan to value.

In terms of the Des Moines market, finding a multifamily in the $100-$150K would be extremely tough.

My understanding is that you should not operate a long-term rental under an S Corp.

I believe the time to purchase a rent ready property and have decent cash flow on day 1 is past, at least in the near term.
