Right now HE perceives the value of your site to be pretty good, so if you were ever going to sell I think him paying a couple thousand for it would be a strong offer.I don't know which company he is using so I wont speak about them specifically, but in general a lot SEO / Internet marking companies are full of ****, over charge people for work that never yields results for them.
