My purpose is two-fold: 1) to help me keep organized and have a reference manual that I can look back on, add to and tweak as needed 2) provide instructions for every task that I could possibly outsource/hire out down the road so that I can scale and grow my business.Any stories, tips or advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated.  

To make a long story short, this past Wednesday I signed up for Brandon's Newbie investor Webinar and was blown away by the information and real life examples used in the presentation.

Long story short he told me about his investing strategy and how he works with beginning investor partners.

That property has gone pending twice but not closed, so there's probably a story there...

I'm not saying it's a wild idea, but there must be an interesting story behind this deal!

I have read your article, and it's very inspirational.

Learning the in's and out's is a whole other story though.

I've seen some pretty inspirational stuff here...

Huge fan of the podcast as well @Joshua Dorkin and @Brandon TurnerRegarding this post in particular - one of my favorite threads on BP are the first time success stories, since they give some insight into the many different ways successful investors began their journey (as well as lessons learned).

Managing them is a totally different story though.Our profession is a practice, like any other profession; with one caveat, don't go broke in the process.
