I did a quick search, and I will try to explain it a different way.The sign in the picture appears to be an on-premise for sale sign rather than an off-premise directional sign (pointer sign).

Also it is strange how when you search online for reviews for real estate schools it is hard finding any comments other than reviews posted at the schools websites.Cmon people! 

And there are a few local ones too like Bull Realty and the Simpson Company.You can just google them and see what properties they are actively marketing and who the multi-family brokers are.
